Ocean Casino Resort has recently announced a significant investment of $50 million this year to further improve its facilities, including room renovations, casino floor expansion, and the addition of new restaurants. This strategic move aims to elevate the property’s profile and maintain its competitiveness in Atlantic City, as part of a larger investment project that has been ongoing for several years.

The planned capital investments for 2025 will primarily focus on enhancing the hospitality experience at Ocean Casino Resort. Along with room renovations and the introduction of new dining options, the property will also pay close attention to its casino floor, which continues to be a key revenue generator.
General Manager Bill Callahan expressed excitement about the upcoming changes, stating, “We are introducing five highly anticipated dining concepts that our customers have been asking for. This year also marks an exciting milestone as we complete the entire hotel with fully renovated guest rooms and suites.”
Renovation Details
The renovation project will include the creation of new Ocean Blu Rooms & Suites, with an estimated cost of $25 million. This upgrade will not only cover the 559 rooms and suites under the current funding but will also encompass a total overhaul of the property’s 1,860 guest rooms.
Over the past few years, Ocean Casino Resort has gradually unveiled new rooms, with additional renovations planned for the coming years. In collaboration with renowned restaurateur Stephen Starr, the property will also introduce two new dining establishments to enhance the culinary offerings for guests.

Aside from the room renovations and new dining options, Ocean Casino Resort is set to introduce an all-new High Steaks venue to elevate its food & beverage offerings.
